LIKO ages 4-7 Mondays at 345pm
Introduce children to the fundamental movements and rhythms of Polynesian dance, focusing on styles from Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, and other Pacific islands.
Foster a love for dance, music, and the cultural heritage of Polynesia.
Develop coordination, balance, and physical fitness through fun and engaging dance activities.
Build confidence and stage presence in young dancers.

PUA ages 8-13 Mondays and Thursdays at 3pm
Develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of Polynesian dance forms, including advanced movements and techniques from Hawaiian, Tahitian, Samoan, and other Pacific island traditions.
Build physical strength, flexibility, and stamina through intensive dance practice.
Enhance performance skills, including stage presence, facial expressions, and storytelling through dance.
Encourage cultural awareness and understanding of Polynesian heritage, language, and values.

Deepen the understanding and mastery of Polynesian dance techniques across various styles, including Hawaiian hula, Tahitian ori, and Samoan siva.
Enhance physical fitness, flexibility, and stamina through rigorous dance practice.
Foster a deeper connection to Polynesian culture, history, and traditions, emphasizing their relevance and application in contemporary life.
Develop advanced performance skills, including expression, storytelling, and stage presence.

PUA LEI ages 30 & UP Thursdays 345pm
· Provide a joyful and enriching environment to learn hula ʻauana, focusing on the physical and emotional well-being of each student.
· Teach foundational and advanced hula ʻauana movements adapted to be gentle on the body, promoting flexibility, balance, and coordination.
· Encourage creative expression and storytelling through hula ʻauana, deepening understanding of its meaning and emotion.
· Foster a sense of community, connection, and mutual support among participants.
